No lemons in my tea!

Teas have been shown to contain high levels of aluminum. Despite this fact, research has shown that the aluminum is not well-absorbed in the body due to the abundance of flavonoids (antioxidants) in the tea.

Yet, when you add a lemon to your tea, the citrate in the lemon has been shown to increase the level of aluminum absorption in the body...more than tenfold!!!
