The Power of Showing Appreciation

Its not just sending someone a thank you note, but should be encountered in everyday conversation. Becoming a role model by utilizing more language with gratitude, can help in many different ways.

Looking back over what you've written can help you to evaluate and learn where you've been and who you have become. This is a simple, reasonable goal that you can accomplish.
