Walking: An hour a day keeps the weight away

Normal-weight women who want to prevent weight gain as they age need to do an hour a day of moderate-intensity physical activity such as brisk walking, a study shows.

Many people have adopted a sedentary lifestyle (intentionally or unintentionally) and unfortunately, their excuses for not exercising keep growing. There are many ways to exercise. You just have to find what works for you and stick with it. A routine program of exercise is very rewarding and almost always leads to improvements in other areas of your life...I know this to be true! So, what's holding you back?
