7 Products to Help You Say "Hit the Road, Jack Frost"

Winter is upon us and the harsh weather can take a toll on all aspects of our health. We went through our inventory at Natural Healing Tools and picked out some products to help get you through the dreary winter months with your health intact. Our first list is for all that physically ails you. Be on the look out for our suggestions to help your mental and spiritual health!

1. Drink a shot that's actually good for you! Make yourself a Sure Health Shooter using the following directions (add ingredients in the following order);
  1. 2-4 oz of natural juice in a glass
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of Springreen #78 Calphonite
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of #85 Cod Liver Oil
  4. Do not stir and drink quickly!
2.  Boost up on Vitamin C Vitamin C comes in handy when those Winter colds make their way through schools and the workplace. Make sure it's a natural source of Vitamin C like Truly Natural Vitamin C.

Truly Natural Vitamin C™ contains naturally occurring Vitamin C in a powdered form. It is non-toxic in low or high dosages, highly absorbable, and therefore is rarely excreted (expensive waste) through your urine. Add to juice, shakes or any liquid. Especially good for those that hate pills.

3. Soak  your feet after a long day Whether you've spent the day shoveling snow, playing golf or holiday shopping, your feet will be ready for a rest and Ancient Minerals Bath Flakes can make that foot soak extra effective. Among other benefits, Ancient Minerals Bath Flakes encourage healthy skin tissue, supports detoxification, and relieve aches and pains.

4. Show your skin you care Winter air is dry and cold. Skin is your body's first defense against the outside world. Take care of it! Ancient Magnesium Minerals Lotion is a great way to start. Formulated for even the most sensitive skin it is fragrance free and does not contain any formaldehyde releasing preservatives. Much like the Bath Flakes, Ancient Minerals Magnesium Lotion supports healthy skin tissue and acts as a cellular protectant.

5.Don't let your health ruin a vacation Many people take advantage of the wintry conditions and plan a ski trip or scenic vacation to the mountains. If this is lucky you, take along Oxybliss in either powder or capsules

Oxybliss is a natural oxygen supplement. Oxybliss provides a substantial increase in mental stamina and sports performance, particularly at high altitudes when it's most needed.

6. Don't let a sore throat bring you down  Mesosilver Spray brings new meaning to the term All-Purpose Cleaner. Colloidal silver is reported to be unparalleled at killing bacterial, fungal and viral infections, making it very useful in kitchens, bathrooms, and on hard surfaces and fabric.

However, it's also a great way to battle a sore throat. A few sprays to the back of the throat help to kill bacteria that may be lurking back there.

While the silver particles are believed  to be one of the most effective natural agents known for killing pathogens, they are non-toxic to humans.

7.  Let in the light For many people winter means less daylight. This can take a physical toll. LightWorks offers a relief. Light Emitting Diode (LED) technology emits single wavelengths of light—referred to as monochromatic light—that are beneficial for health. Our body cells rely on light to function. We absorb light through our skin and eyes. Light is a stimulus that creates the natural flow of electricity within. Our electrical system, in turn, produces the energy for our bodies to function.
