More good news for Health "Nuts"

Nuts have been long hailed as being a very healthy option, by containing a large amount of healthy fats, a good bit of protein and fiber, as well as some B vitamins and other minerals. However, there health benefits have recently been given a boost again, in a new study showing that eating more nuts was correlated with a lower risk of death from cancer and heart disease, with the largest correlation being those that consumed over 3 servings of nuts a week.  What may be even more significant is that this was a study on a population predisposed for cardiovascular problems, potentially suggesting that this is a significant health boon.
